Her Hue Photography — Condensed Terms & Conditions (2025)

Your booking with Her Hue Photography secures a tailored photography experience delivered with professionalism, artistry, and care. A non-refundable $150 retainer is required to reserve your session date and applies toward your total. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the session, and all special offers or promotional packages must be paid in full at booking as they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a $50 late fee, and sessions may be shortened or cancelled if delays impact scheduling or lighting. Rescheduling is available with at least seven days’ notice; last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows forfeit all payments. Her Hue maintains a respectful and safe working environment and may end a session if inappropriate or unsafe behaviour occurs. If this happens, all images captured up to that point will be delivered, but no refunds will be issued.
Image selection, editing, and artistic direction remain at the discretion of the Photographer. Edits are designed to enhance natural beauty in line with the Her Hue aesthetic, and RAW files are not provided. Re-editing requests after delivery incur additional fees. Final galleries are delivered within two weeks via a private online link, which must be downloaded within three days. Re-uploads, if still available, incur a small administrative fee. Her Hue does not guarantee image storage beyond three months.
All images remain the intellectual property of Her Hue. You receive a personal-use license for printing and sharing with credit; commercial use or altering the images without written permission is not allowed. If you prefer your images not be used in Her Hue’s portfolio or marketing, you may decline in writing before your session. The Her Hue brand represents a continuation of Shinade Nair’s creative evolution and upholds the same service standards previously offered under Lost for Words Photography, Nade Studio, and Soulful Captures.
