Those First Fleeting Days
Tiny fingers, sleepy sighs, that new-baby smell — captured before it disappears.
The newborn stage moves fast. One week they're curled up asleep on your chest, the next they're wide awake and changing by the day. I photograph this stage the way it actually feels — soft, sleepy, a little chaotic, and utterly precious — so you have something real to look back on, not just a posed portrait on a wall.
The Studio Experience
Newborn sessions ask a lot of new parents, so my studio is built to make it easy. It's warm, quiet, and unhurried. Refreshments are on hand, the pace is entirely baby-led, and there's no clock-watching — we work around feeds, cuddles, and naps, however long that takes.
Prefer Home?
Some families would rather stay in their own space during those first precious weeks, and I'm happy to come to you. Your home, your baby's own room, familiar light — it all becomes part of the story. Either way, the approach stays the same: gentle, patient, and centred entirely on your family.
